DISPLACEMENT OF INTRAOCULAR LENS FROM ITS NORMAL POSITION
CAUSES :
- Trauma post cataract surgery
- Inherent weakness of zonules and posterior capsule weakness or rupture (weakness of support holding lens)
SYMPTOMS:
- Decrease or change in the vision
- Double vision
- Glare
TREATMENT :
MIVS (MICROINCISION VITRECTOMY SURGERY ) +INTRAOCULAR LENS EXPLANTATION + SCLERAL FIXATION OF IOL
