Blog - Chronic Rhegmatogenous Retinal Detachment With Grade C PVR
A 75 year old male patient presented to our clinic with diminished vision in right eye since 3 months which was progressive and painless. Patient is known diabetic and hypertensive since 10 years on treatment .
On examination his best corrected visual acuity was 3/60 in right eye and 6/9 in left eye . anterior segment showed both eyes pseudophakia. Right eye fundus examination showed Chronic Rhegmatogenous Retinal Detachment with macula off , with sub retinal gliosis, with pvr grade c , with 360 degrees serous choroidal detachment. Left eye retina was normal .
