A 34 year old patient with history of uncontrolled diabetis for 6 years presented with advanced form of Proliferative Diabetic Retinopathy with Tractional Retinal Detachment. His vision was hand movements in left eye. Our Chief Retina Surgeon at Prime retina eye care centre performed his complicated vitrectomy surgery with membrane peeling and silicon oil injection . Post surgery his vision improved to 6/36.
