Blog - Choroidal neovascular membrane (CNVM) secondary to CSCR (central serous chorioretinopathy)
80 year old male patient presented with diminished vision in both eyes since 1 year. His best corrected visual acuity was 3/60 in both eyes. Fundus examination showed both eyes rpe changes at macula and inferior rpe tracks suggestive of chronic cscr with sub retinal haemorrhage and hard exudates with sub retinal fluid suggestive of secondary cnvm. Patient was advised both eyes INTRAVITREAL EYLEA injection.
Autofluorescence images of both eyes showing mixed fluorescence pattern of hypo and hyper autofluorescence suggesting the rpe dysfunction and chronicity
